He is survived by: his children, George Douglas Brewton, Jr. (Patsy) of Columbia, MS and Yolette Broom of Raceland, Louisiana; his siblings, James Anderson (Phillis) of Cleveland, Tennessee, Doris Geiger of Bassfield and Debra Buchanan of Cleveland, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Haylee Pierce of Columbia, Shadrach Pierce of Columbia, Kyla Fortenberry of Columbia, Laekyn Brewton of Columbia, Danyelle Whittington of McComb and Tiffany Broom of McComb; his great grandchildren, Noah Pierce of Columbia, Kais Fortenberry of Columbia, Tristan Whittington of McComb and Tryton Whittington of McComb; and his sons-in-law, Steve Pierce of Columbia and Robert Broom of McComb.
