He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred, Sr. Foy and Ernie Foy; and his brothers, Fred Foy, Jr. and Kenneth Foy. He is survived by: his wife Nora Stringer; his children, Andrea English (Neal), Tracy Foy, Eddie Foy and Miles Foy (Jinni); and his grandchildren, Ryan English (Mandy), Kooper Foy, Karie Bedwell (Justin), Abby Walley (Dalton), Makenzie Foy, Jordan Foy, Rylee Foy, Tracy Lynn Hancock and Sarah Foy Long. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
