With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlean Buckley Nelson (Columbia, Mississippi), who passed away on December 22, 2022 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Sylvest Buckley and Maggie Carlisle Buckley; her husband Glen Nelson, Jr.; her daughter Glynda Farmer; her son-in-law Thomas Farmer; and her siblings, Rev. Porter Buckley, Wellington Buckley, Cody Buckley, Sr., Katherine Delancey and Irene McDonald.
She is survived by: her children, Josie Conerly (Thomas) of Bunker Hill and Chris Nelson (Sherri) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Malinda Hall, Catherine Farmer, Kim Barnes, Kerry Foreman, Mason Nelson, Michael Nelson and Olivia Nelson; and her great grandchildren, Sydney Hall, Peyton Hall, Meredith Barnes, Jack Barnes, Sanders Barnes, Thomas Alan Foreman and Anna Claire Foreman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
