He was predeceased by: his son Carlton "Trip" Leo Swayze, III; his father Carlton Leo Swayze, Sr.; and his brother Michael Swayze. He is survived by: his wife Mona Thompson Swayze of Columbia; his children, Connor Josiah Swayze of Columbia and Christina Jade Swayze of Columbia; his mother Dicie Hibley Swayze of Columbia; his brother Steven Swayze, Sr. (Tracy) of Sumrall; his parents-in-law, Harry and Jean Thompson of Lumberton; and his sister-in-law Tracey Walters of Purvis. He is also survived by two Nephews; six Nieces; and numerous Aunts & Uncles.
