He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Troy Wade and Clara Rawls Wade; his father-in-law Willie O. Knotts; his brother Lee Earl Wade; his sister-in-law Eunice Ward Wade; and his cousin Daniel Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Knotts Wade of Seminary; his mother-in-law Michelle Knotts of Seminary; his children, Rudy Wade of Seminary, Clay Wade of Monument, CO, Russell Wade of Collins and Holly Wade of Hattiesburg; his brothers, George Wade of West Monroe, LA, Wiley Tom Wade of Collins and Sammy Wade of Columbus; his grandchildren, Caleb Wade, Clay Wade, II and McKinzie Wade; and his pet Scooby Wade. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
