He was predeceased by: his father Clay L. Whitehead; and his brother Barry Alan Whitehead. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Whitehead of Coldwater, MS; his children, Georgia Lynn Algee (Jason), Michael Shane Whitehead (Miranda) and Clayton Ray Whitehead (Amy); his mother Margie Lorene Jones Whitehead; his brothers, Daniel Clay Whitehead and James Alvin Whitehead, Sr.; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Lizzie, Stone, Allie, Macayla, Bryce, Noah, Ava and Michael.
