He was predeceased by: his father Neil Wood McCormack; and his brother Neil Wood "Woody" McCormack. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Gray McCormack; his daughter Dawn M. McCormack of Southaven; and his grandchildren, Jackson Wood Smith, Constance Elizabeth Smith and Haizley Lauren Smith.
Memorials may be directed to the First Baptist Church – Coffeeville Building Renovation Fund, the Wounded Warrior Project or the charity of the donor's choice.
