She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Mills; her parents, I. H. Brown and Mary Brown; and her sister Edna Earle Wells. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Mills; her niece Jan Wells; and also, Wilda Collier, Ethel Johnson, Aretha Jordan, Wanda McGee and Carolyn Fowler.
