He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Ann Gomillion of Carthage; his granddaughters, Jennifer Jones of Sebastopol and Becky Perkins (Jewett) of Sebastopol; his great grandchildren, Amber Clayton (Alan), Hannah Perkins, Tyler Perkins, Regan Perkins, Jacobie Wilson and Addyson Perkins; his great great grandchild Rayleigh Nell; and his sisters, Cecial Green, Margie Comans and Onie Babb.
