He is survived by: his wife Patricia Tierce Cassell (Patsy); his children, Matthew Cassell (Jessica), Samantha Cassell, Amanda Cassell, Tava Zoe'Cassell and James Cassell; his grandchildren, Ginger and Oliver Cassell; his siblings, David Cassell (Lori), Bobby Cassell, Patricia Sprouse (Eugene) and Diana Broussard; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Tierce. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
