He was predeceased by: his father Jessie Polkey, Sr.; and his niece Brandi Ann Roy. He is survived by: his wife Carol Chandler Polkey; his son Dylan Polkey (Renee); his mother Kathy Sketoe; his father-in-law Ronald Chandler; and his siblings, Lisa Sharp (Kent), Sherri Polkey Roy and David Whipple. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, along with an abundance of friends.
