She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Billiot; her children, Lisa Grace Lips (Jay), Karen M. Murray (Tony), Kellee Renee Martin (Kenny) and Charles Bruce Billiot; her grandchildren, Katie Lips Ulmer (Milton), Tre' Lips (Miki), James Murray, Erica Brown (Brandon), Nikki Collier (Zach), Justin Hunter Billiot, Trent Ethan Billiot, Enjolie Conzonere (Josh) and Angele Rauschkolb (Adam); her great grandchildren, Carley, Gage, Garrett, Harvey, Brelyn, Blaikney, Colton, Cannon, Emalynn, Naomi, Judah, Josalyn, Jaylynn, Tristan, Levi, Harper and Amelia; her daughter Judy Vinson; her grandson Shawn Vinson (Heather); her great grandchildren, Sarah and Scott; her siblings, Doug Dillard (Ginger) and Louise Effler; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Dillard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
