She is survived by: her husband Wesley Sullivan; her children, Madison, Ethan, Kellsen, Phoenix, Myra and Lance Sullivan; her siblings, Joe Simon, Danielle Perkins, Rebecca Parker and Anna Dillard; her nieces and nephews, Preston Simon, Bentley Simon, Theo Simon, Leeland Hinton and Cassidy Hinton; and her grandparents, Linda Greene and Don Murphy. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
