He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Lyndall Mills Grantham and James Thomas Grantham; his wife Shirley Mae Grantham; and his grandson Troy Earnest. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Earnest of Columbus, MS and Debbie Coleman of Columbus, MS; his son-in-law Benny Coleman of Columbus, MS; his grandchildren, Amie Hartsfield (Alan), Lora Dawkins (Lance), Matt Coleman (Stacie) and Johnny Earnest, Jr. (Kelley); and his siblings, Joe Bob Grantham of Dothan, AL and Mary Jane Howell of Tampa, FL.. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
