He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Clowers and Vinnie Irene Clowers; and his siblings, Clifford Clowers, Barbara Richards and Vicky Clowers.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Wayne Clowers of Saint Charles, MO and Helen Willis (Bob) of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
