He was predeceased by: his parents, D. F. Cantrell and Perlie Mae Cantrell; and his siblings, Rayford and Eunidith. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Rayburn Dee Jr. (Stephannie) and Kristy Cantrell Coombes; his siblings, Hoyt, Girthel Whitaker, Shirley Beard, Opal Mountford and Sue Brock; and his grandchildren, Oren and Brittany Cantrell Williams. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
