She was predeceased by: her husband Joe C. Barnes, Sr.; and her children, Aleta Jurine Barnes and William A. Barnes. She is survived by: her children, Elisa Barnes Shizak (Michael) of Columbus, MS, Joe C. Barnes, Jr. (Ann) of Columbus, MS and Herb Traywick of Clanton, AL. She is also survived by five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
