She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Raymond and Katherine Wiseman Collins; and her son Charles Tewell. She is survived by: her children, Eagle Scout, JoAnn Lilly of Brooksville, MS, Karen Harmon of Antioch, ILL. and Joy Lynn Allen of Henderson, NV; and her siblings, Bobbie Stephens of Caledonia, MS, Rosemary Parker, Kathleen Strain of Waukegan, ILL and Fred Collins. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
