He is survived by: his wife Connie Wells Burch; his children, Tina Franks and Donald Burch (Tracy); his grandchild Riley Franks; his great grandchildren, Easton, Jase and Asher Vaughn; and his siblings, Eugene Burch (Betty), Brenda Cherry and Barbara Bly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
