He was predeceased by: his parents, James Reabon Turner and Mary Alice Shepard Turner; his wife Barbara Turner; and his siblings, James Nolan (Turner), Jimmy Derl "Tater" Turner, George Kelly Turner, Clinton Lee "Poe" Turner, Joseph "Joe" Turner, Johnnie Faye Wall and Mary Lynn Newsome.
He is survived by: his children, Wesley Brent Turner (Kristy) of Bruce and Rhonda Michelle Huffman (Michael) of Bruce; and his grandchildren, Tyler Lester (Erica), Joseph Lester, Dallas Turner (Amy), Hope Huffman, Wayne Huffman, Cheyenne Turner, Madison Rompon (Tony), Blake Hernandez, Braxton Hernandez and Ryan Lohrman. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
