He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie B. Williams and Bessie Wright Williams (Barbara Jean Morris); his wife Barbara Jean Morris Williams; his son Bennie Frank Williams; and his brother George Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Williams of Calhoun City, Michael Williams (Canzas) of Bruce, Donna Floyd (Bill) of New Albany and Rhonda Nix (Paul) of Bruce; his siblings, Charles Benny Williams (Marsha) of Mena, Arkansas, Ninnen Pugh (Temple) of Hernando, Maxine Pennington of Senatobia and Ethel Lott of Greenwood; his grandchildren, B. G. Floyd (Deana), Will Floyd, Steven Kelly, Elijah Nix, Haley Williams, Skylar Williams and Wes Williams; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Kelly, Cayson Williams, Seth Floyd, Marley Floyd and Daisy Floyd. He is also survived by five children, eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
