He is survived by: his wife Nancy Goldman Clark; his sons, Michael Clark (Fawn Lewis) of Tulsa Oklahoma, Roy Clark (Carol Anne) of Indianola Mississippi and Marvin Clark (Nina) of Beebe Arkansas; and his sisters, Louise Watson of Banner Mississippi, Francies Gentry of Glendola, Peggy Tutor of Pontotoc, Mississippi and Carol Cowsert of Banner.
