She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry McCostlin and Dezzie Allred McCostlin; her spouse Arthel Mooneyham; and her siblings, Cebert McCostlin, Odel McCostlin, Lewis McCostlin, Troy McCostlin, Pauline Inman and Evelyn Listenbee.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy Covington (Peggy) of Tupelo, MS, Ronnie Mooneyham (Salina) of Gulfport, MS and Shirley Caton of San Jose, CA. She is also survived by 5 grand children; 8 great grand children.
