We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2020, at the age of 82, Jessie Cooner (Bruce, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Claude and Eva Rena Parker Cooner; and her siblings, Harley Winter, Levoy Winter, Charles Edward Cooner, Billy Jean Cooner and Levonia Winter.
She is survived by: her sister Dorothy Stacy of Water Valley.
