With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Mize of Bruce, Mississippi, who passed away on July 19, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L Hall and Birdie Mae Lee Hall; her husband Ezzie Lee "Slick" Mize; her son Tommy Lee Mize; and her siblings, Bobby Hall, Laudis Roane, Inis Roane and Cuvis Tyler.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Mize (Barbara) of Starkville and Patricia Mize (Joe Ables Jr) of Bruce; her brother Billy Clay Hall (Lou) of Bruce; her grandchildren, Ronnie Mize (Amber), Melissa Franklin (Billy), Eric Carr (Robin) and Chris Mize; and her extended family, Orville Carr (Kim), Dustin Carr (Rebekah), Christopher Scribner (Christy), Alex Hall (Kayla), Jonathan Hall (Kelly) and Mary Catherine Hall. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
