He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Watson Bollinger and Hazel Morgan Bollinger; his wife Virginia Spears Bollinger; and his brother Thomas Eugene Bollinger. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Bollinger (Pam) of Calhoun City, Eddie Bollinger (Karen) of Calhoun City and John Bollinger (Melanie) of Calhoun City; his sister Sally Ann Bollinger Bount of Banner; his grandchildren, Matthew Bollinger (Casey), Colby Bollinger (Haley), Lexie Bollinger, Morgan Timmons (Cameron), Amanda Alexander (Dustin) and Jonathan Bollinger (Ashlyn); and his great grandchildren, Baylee Ray Bollinger, Easton Blain Bollinger, John Miller Finn, Kenna Bess Bollinger, Illa Kathryn Bollinger, Holden Levi Alexander and Mason Ridge Alexander.

Morgan & Bollinger would be the foundation for many of his businesses in the future.Music was part of his upbringing.
