He was predeceased by: his stepfather Harmon; his parents, Beatrice Stewart and William Rufus Rogers, Sr.; his daughter Teresa Ann Rogers; his son-in-law Lynn Murphree; and his siblings, James Rogers, William Rogers, Birdie Stone and Emogene Clements.
He is survived by: his wife Bennie Logan Rogers of Bruce; his daughter Connie Lynn Rogers of Bruce; and his sister-in-law Martha Rogers of Bruce.
