He is survived by: his wife Erma Bryant Spratlin of Bruce; his children, Allison McDowell (Roy) of Bruce and Art Spratlin (Liz) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Leigh Allison Moore (Turner) of Bruce, Matthew McDowell of Memphis, Aden, Nick and Liam Spratlin of Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Spencer Moore and Addison Moore of Bruce.
