She is survived by: her parents, Shannon Courtney (Christa) and Brandy Bates; her husband Michael Gage Quern; her children, Hailyne Courtney and Adrian Querns; her grandparents, Patricia Courtney Gardner and James Bates; her great-grandparent Maggie Russell; her sisters, Ragan Courtney (Alex), Courtney Freeman (Austin) and Iris Spurlin (Andrew); and her stepfather Robert Turnage (Rebecca). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
