He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Marshall Crockett; his parents, Shirley Hicks (Bo) and Greg Crockett (Gail); his children, Trace Crockett and Sara Beth Crockett; and his siblings, Lee Ann Hicks, Chrissy Armstrong (Shannon), Janet Hicks, Chad Crockett (Julie) and Glen Hicks.
