He is survived by: his father Kenneth LeRoy Booker; his wife Dotti of Eupora, MS; his children, David Booker (Michelle) of Lewisburg, TN, Matt Kelly and Christina Faulkner (Joseph); his granddaughters, Halleigh Faulkner, Molli Booker and Dixie Kelly; his stepgranddaughter Vaya Whitaker; and his siblings, Terry Brooker (Joyce), Sandy Perry (Kim) and Timothy Booker (Christina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
