He was predeceased by: his parents, F. H. "Shorty" Staggs and Daisy Christine "Blondie" Staggs; and his siblings, Charles, John Staggs, Louise Jasch and Amy DelVivar.
He is survived by: his siblings, Hank Staggs, Frank Staggs, Jim Ed Staggs of Booneville, Guy Dean Staggs of Booneville, George Staggs of Jumpertown, Rebecca Staggs, Stella Potts of Rienzi and Malessia "Midgett" Bozek (Chris) of Booneville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
