She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Floyd and Gertrude Floyd; her husband Pete Harris; her son Dennis Gillentine; her granddaughter Jennifer Ross; and her great grandchild Kaylee Mathis.

She is survived by: her children, Ricky Gillentine (Helen), Allen Harris, Billy Ray Harris and Trish Carter; her sister Helen Burns; her grandchildren, Kim Harris (David), Joel Estes and Josh Estes; and her great grandchildren, Carter Harris, Jayden Estes, Hunter Mathis, Jackson Mathis and Kayson Ross.
