He is survived by: his mother Mary Moore of Booneville; his children, Courtney Floyd of Mulkey, IL, Bella Mann of Indiana, Lexie Floyd of Indiana and Isaiah Floyd of Corinth; his sister Kristin Moffitt of Guntown; and his grandmother Diane Floyd of Jumpertown.
