Joyce Fugitt Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Fugitt of Booneville, Mississippi, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Ross and Junie Robinson Ross; her siblings, Jim Ross, Ben Ross, Shirley Garrett and Rita Grimes; and her siblings-in-law, Geraldine Ross and Curtis Grimes.

She is survived by: her husband James Fugitt; her daughters, Alissa McCreary (Tony) and Sheila Walden (Bradley); her grandchildren, Raygan McCreary (Kayla), Channing McCreary (Kinsey), Jake Walden and Jaila Walden; her great great grandchildren, Madeline McCreary and Sophia McCreary; and her sister-in-law Diane Ross. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Tuscumbia Baptist Church+.
