He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Pierce Nanney and Evelyn Pate Nanney; his grandsons, Johnathan Andrew Nanney, Austin Rhodes and Dakota Nanney; and his brothers, David Nanney, Jimmy Nanney and Butch Nanney.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Nix Nanney; his children, Ricky Nanney (Kristie) of Dumas, Jamie Nanney (Sondra) of Booneville and Kandy Rhodes (Chris) of Jasper, AL; his brother Jack Nanney of Corinth; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Nanney Stokes (Steven) of Booneville, Braxton Rhodes (Bonnie) of Brentwood, TN and Hunter Nanney of Dumas.
