He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Buddy Wallace and Sadie Wallace; his son Charlie Wallace; his wife Pamela Wallace; his daughter April Wallace Horn (Jeremy); his grandchild Jewels; his sisters, Charlotte Laird (Robert), Amaryllis Leggett (Andy) and Cindy King (Jarvis); his siblings-in-law, Peggy Stell, Jennie Wallace, Maryann Fauver and Donald Freeman; and his mother-in-law Mary Freeman. He was also cherished by nephews, great nephews, nieces, great nieces.
Phillip made sure their marriage was built on a strong foundation supported by God.
