He is survived by: his wife Julie Owens Phillips; his children, Justin Curtis Phillips of Brookhaven, MS, James Coltin Phillips (Hayley) of Bogue Chitto, MS, Heather Crosby Givens (Christopher) of Bogue Chitto, MS and Hannah Crosby of Bogue Chitto, MS; his grandmother Lillie Phillips of Anderson, SC; his sister Janie Phillips Hughes; his grandchildren, Annaliese Phillips, Brantley Phillips and Carsyn Givens; and also, Shirley Grice and Diane Owens.
