He is survived by: his wife Frances Annette McGarrity Cook of Blue Mountain, MS; his son Justin Allen Cook (Katie) of Blue Mountain, MS; his brother Jerry Cook (Peggy) of Hickory Flat; and his granddaughter Tarja Cook.
