He is survived by: his children, Louie Rafada (Amanda), Cristina Switzer (Keith) and Raquel Cossman (Chad); and his grandchildren, Gage Switzer, Alexandra Rafada, Libby Switzer, Chloe Rafada and Casey Cossman.
