He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen West of Biloxi; his children, Jason Scott West of Biloxi, Todd Husley (Linda) of Perkinston, Robin Frey (Veronica) of Biloxi, Chris Frey (Resa) of Biloxi and David Frey (Melinda) of Biloxi; his grandchildren, Kacey Jade West, Morgan Frey Cox, Dawson Frey and Brennen Frey; his nephew Gregory H. West; his sister-in-law Judy West; his godchildren, Raymond and Rilyn Speck of Gulfport; his adoptive daughter April Shotwell of Texas; and his close friend Noble Hurdle of Taylorsville, MS.
