He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. and Otis Leann Capps, Sr.; and his sister Pam Capps. He is survived by: his wife Tania R. Capps of Bay St; his children, Shawn Capps of Salinas, CA, Shannon Herald (Michael) of Bella Vista, AR and Shelley Chauvin (Tim) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Colin Ballay and Gwendolyn Herald; and also, Cherri Fune and Danna Capps. He is also survived by husband, father and grandfather who will be missed by his family and friends.
