He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Putt and Regina Rogers Putt; and his children, Joey Putt and Kelly Putt Harmon. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Raines Putt; his daughter Kristy Sweat; and his brother Ricky Putt (Mary). He is also survived by six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
