Blaylock (Chrystal) of Baldwyn, Tammy Anderson (James) of Tupelo and Debra Roberts of Baldwyn; his siblings, Gerald Blaylock (Edith) of Booneville, Larry Blaylock (Carolyn) of Baldwyn, Lenn Blaylock (Lisa) of Baldwyn, Janice Allred of Booneville, Judy Galloway of Baldwyn, Peggy Gordon (Anthony) of Algoma and Polly Fincher (David) of Baldwyn; and his grandchildren, Nicole Parrott (Joey), Justin Blaylock, Jessica Tubbs (Alex), Jamie Anderson, Brittany Johnson, Bubba Anderson (Abigail) and Haley Blaylock. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
