He was predeceased by: his father Henry Malcom Waldrop, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Fay McDonald Waldrop; his children, Brandi Waldrop of Baldwyn, MS and Henry M. "Trey" Waldrop, III (Erin) of Moncks Corner; his sister Sandy Waldrop of Baldwyn, MS; and his grandchildren, Cullen Waldrop, Rowan Waldrop and Landry Waldrop.
