He is survived by: his wife Peggy Floyd; his children, Timothy Floyd, Hoyt Ray Floyd, Jr., Julia Pullman, Kathy Gonzalez and Cynthia Floyd; and his siblings, Jerry Floyd and Jewel Blaylock. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; (1) great-greatgrandchild.
