She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Floyd; her son Bobby Floyd; her parents, James Bannister and Lucille Bannister; her brother Ricky Bannister; and her grandsons, Richard Floyd, Christopher Floyd and Christopher Zehruns.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Rose (Thomas) of Benton, IL, Sharon Wirtz (Kenneth) of Kenosha, WI, Mary Moore of Booneville, Debra Estes (Marty) of Jumpertown and Belinda Childers (Bill) of Booneville; her grandchildren, James Floyd, Bobby Floyd Jr., Katrina Beaty, Cynthia Osborne, Anthony Wirtz, Cody Wirtz, Kristin Rowland, Josh Estes and Amanda Estes; and her sister Sandra Petkus. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
