He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Thornton King; his children, Stephanie Turner of Walnut and Jonathan King (Stephanie) of Ashland; his brothers, Jeff King (Lisa) of Ashland and Steve King of Ashland; his grandchildren, Kaylee (Ava Turner), Ethan (Caitlyn King), Kim Hall and Michael Shenefiel (Savannah Reed); and his great grandchildren, Gauge Hall and Lydia Reed.
