She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Smith and Clester Braden Smith; her grandson Wesley Michael Baughman; her siblings, Gladys Turner, Opal Patton, Wesley Smith, Jr., Billy Ray Smith of Charles Smith, J. V and Merle Smith; and her son-in-law Rodney Newsom.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Baughman (Beverly) of Amory and Dianne Newsom of Pontotoc; her brother-in-law Wayne Tackett of Smithville; her sister Frances Daughtery of Mantachie; her sister-in-law Delores Smith of Tupelo; her grandchildren, Shani Sharp (Kenny), Travia Moss (C. J.), Rod Newsom (Amy), Roger Newsom (Samantha), Michelle Glasgow (Alex), Chris Baughman (Whitney) and Bret Baughman (Patty); her great grandchildren, Michael, McKenzie, Gracie, Jonah, Nathan, Hannah, Maddie, Zoe, Kayson of Jude, A. V., Alyssa, Lily, Abigail, Turner and Wesley; her grandchildren, Scarlett, Olivia, Elaina and Joey; and her close friends, Pam Gray, Kerry and Joyce Ellward.
