He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kalam Gilliland, Sr. and Martha Banks Gilliland; and his siblings, C. Gilliland and Janie Parker. He is survived by: his sister Marion Latham (Levaughn) of Coker, AL; and his caregivers, Sam Tubb and Preston Tubb (Robbie) of Hatley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
